Studienmanagement
Studies can be added with different properties, drawing scheme, aliquot processing letter for the lab, addresses and UN shipment types. They can be exported and sent to and imported from other participating centers.
Versandmodul
In HEnRY kann eine virtuelle Versandbox vorbereitet werden. Für den Versand kann eine Box oder einzelne Aliquots ausgewählt werden. Versandweg und -grund sowie die Adresse des Empfängers können mit einer Studie verknüpft werden. Eine Übersicht über die Box, eine csv-Tabelle mit wählbaren Eigenschaften aller Aliquots für den Versand und ein Brief kann gedruckt werden
Shipping module
A virtual shipping box can be prepared in HEnRY. A box or individual aliquots can be selected for shipping. Shipping route and reason as well as the address of the recipient can be linked to a study. An overview of the box, a csv table with selectable properties of all aliquots for shipping and a letter can be printed
Quick look
Via the Quick-Look function a virtual view into all boxes and on the contained aliquots is possible
Lagerorte
Lagerorte können von den Nutzer:innen frei eingebeben werden, so dass der virtuelle Lagerort den realen Lagerort wiedergibt. Racks und Towers können sind in der Anzahl frei einzugeben.
Storage locations
Storage locations can be freely entered by the user, so that the virtual storage location reflects the real storage location. The number of racks and towers can be freely entered.
Etikettendesigner
Der Etikettendesigner gibt dem Benutzer die
Möglichkeit, eigene Layouts für Etiketten zu erstellen. Die Menge an
Aliquoteigenschaften und deren Sortierung können ausgewählt und gespeichert werden als Vorlagen. Zusätzlich wird eine Live-Vorschau des Etiketts angezeigt.
Label Designer
The Label Designer gives the user the possibility to create their own layouts for labels. The set of aliquot properties and their sorting can be selected and saved as templates. Additionally, a live preview of the label is displayed.
One-click application of drawing schemes
Large number of aliquots can be created with all properties and storage included using the drawing scheme with one click.
Labjournal
Nutzer:innen können Labjournals zu Studien und SOPs frei in Umfang und Text gestalten.
Lab journal
Users can freely design lab journals on studies and SOPs in terms of length and text.
Many massedit functions
Mass edit functions for the aliquot properties are available to improve the work speed and precision for large aliquot quantities.
SQL query tool
The data contained in the database can be selected via complex queries using SQL. As output a scannable list of QR codes for aliquots can be printed or aliquots can be sent directly to the shipping module and prepared for shipment.

Sending data
Aliquot and sample data can be anonymously serialised into XML files and sent to another centre along with a shipment. There the files can be imported and the the receiving centre knows all documented storage conditions, processing steps and chemicals used so far.
Feedbackfunktion
Der Studienbetreuer hat die Möglichkeit zu betreuen die eingegebenen Biomaterialdaten auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit und markiere sie entsprechend.
Feedback function
The study supervisor has the possibility to supervise the entered biomaterial data for completeness and correctness and mark them accordingly.
Pseudonymisation function
Patient data can be fully reversible or irreversibly pseudonymised or deleted at the end of a study.
ZBR Meldemodul
Über das Meldemodul haben der DZIF-Forscher:innen einfach und unkompliziert die Möglichkeit, ihre Bioprobendaten an das Zentrale Bioproben Register (ZBR) des Deutschen Zentrums für Infektionsforschung (DZIF) (Erklärvideo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77PJ7KJtryo) zu melden und können somit ihre Sichtbarkeit innerhalb des DZIF erweitern.
ODSeasyNet® connection
A cooperation exists for the ODSeasyNet® register of asthenis (ODSeasyNet (asthenis.de)). Existing biosamples from HEnRY can be displayed in ODSeasyNet® on a daily basis.
HEnRY (HIV Engaged Research Technology) ist eine Biobanking-Software, die von der Uniklinik Köln entwickelt und vom Deutschen Zentrum für Infektionsforschung (DZIF) finanziert wurde. Das Tool dient der Dokumentation von Lagerung und Prozessierung von Blut- und anderen Bioproben.
